When we opened Bumble and bumble in 1977, we faced a fiercely competitive market where survival depended on two things: good hairdressing and good P.R.
So we made our way into beauty and fashion editor’s offices and pitched concepts that emphasized the individual, transcended trends and launched looks. Ultimately, we established ourselves as one of the most influential hair companies in the industry.
Today, our team of session stylists create looks for major fashion designers in shows and magazines internationally, and the Hollywood elite (stylists and starts alike) applaud our products’ performance. We work with the top modeling agencies to design career-launching looks, and we educate stylists from all over the world.
From the salon to the photos and movie studios, the catwalks and the classroom – these are all vast laboratories for the development of our talent, ideas, techniques and of course, products – ones that work not only on models in Vogue, but that truly work for anyone.
