Danny and Aubrey had the distinct pleasure of meeting the cast of Ugly Betty and sharing some of the products and stories from their fashion accessory line imported from South Africa. The ladies fell in love with the items and were extremely supportive of the project. Ugly Betty is one of the finest cast in television today.
Studio DNA has begun a partnership with Sojourn Women’s Shelter and other programs at OPCC offering makeovers to women who are trying to return to their lives after surviving whatever harrowing experience that brought them to OPCC in the first place. This is a monthly project and we work with approximately 4 women per month. The following photos are from the first event. Sojourn Testimonial
On June 4th, 2007, Studio DNA was christened with a Gala event inviting clients, family, friends and celebrities to our red carpet entrance. The evening was designed by Sue Choolijian and catered by Frito Misto Restaurant. Over 200 guests came to enjoy the festivities including ABC7 News and the South African Embassy.
Whenever we get an opportunity to work with a client who either submits to the impulses of their stylist or desires a style that is innovative and inspired, we feel compelled to take a picture. Here are a few examples of our work. There will definitely be more to come.
We had the distinct pleasure of working with Diesel in Santa Monica during the launch of their new underwear line. We provide hair and make-up for both of their models.
