It appears that everyone is getting into the “Cut It Off” spirit.
Our dear friend Brig Van Osten, highly celebrated stylist and winner of the last season of Shear Genius produced this fantastic video about her client’s “Cut It Off” experience. I love that she ends the video with “Who says short hair can’t be sexy?” And she be right!

Dreaming of Short Hair – A Clients Perspective

It wasn’t until the most recent years of my life did I finally cut my hair above my shoulders, god forbid a girl have short hair, when I was younger I was told long hair was beautiful and was forbid to cut it.
As it reached to lengths past my butt into College I decided it was time to liberate myself and handed a girlfriend a pair of scissors and said cut it.
Today, my hair has grown out since finally making the transition to really short and I’m ready to say that I’m ready to go short again but not drastic.
The short cut I’m dreaming of is shaggy, easy to tame and has the personality to match my red color. A set of bangs are key for me as well to balance out my face. I’ll be trusting these locks to stylist Aubrey Loots for my next updated do and I know I’ll always walk away with a fresh look and smile to match!!!
